Return & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom and handmade nature of our products.

We accept cancellations in certain circumstances, provided the order has not yet been processed or made. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Approval of cancellations will be determined based on the order status at the time of the request.

In the case of receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assess the situation.
